Cancellation Policy

Nonrefundable: All bookings are nonrefundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded. However, clients have the option to reschedule their booking if necessary (see Rescheduling Policy). Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without any additional fees. Failure to notify us in advance will result in a loss of your booking. Booking Window: Clients can book appointments up to 24 hours before the class starts. Please ensure your booking is made within this time frame to guarantee your spot. Weekend Booking Fee: A $25 additional charge will apply to all bookings made for weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This fee is added to the base price of the service. Service Mismatch: If a client books the wrong service (e.g., the wrong class, session, or service type), prices may be subject to change. We will reach out to the client to inform them of the pricing difference and require the correct payment before confirming the booking. By booking a service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
